With over 15 yrs. of experience as a clinical therapist; Ministry of Children & Youth, Canadian Forces mental health team and Emergency Psychiatry, Cheryl incorporates Mindfulness, and evidence based CBT & DBT approaches in counselling. Cheryl has taught at UVIC and Citizens' Counselling Centre, and provides clinical supervision to counsellors, M. Ed., MSW., and BSW practicum students.
